Brazing

  • 120" dia. x 180" high top loading vacuum furnace capable of 10-4 Torr. atmosphere
  • 60" dia. x 60" high side loading vacuum furnace capable of 10-4 Torr. atmosphere and fast gas quench.
  • 32" dia. x 30" high top loading vacuum furnace capable of 10-4 Torr. atmosphere
  • 65" dia. x 140" high hydrogen atmosphere furnaces with cooled o-ring seal

     World's Largest Vacuum Furnace
     at 120" dia. x 180" high.

 

Nicrobraz LM Brazing Alloy
is applied to the joints of a dough divider and rounder head assembly before the components are placed in the furnace for vacuum brazing.
