Wall Colmonoy, established in 1938, is an international materials engineering company with operations in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and France.  The world headquarters is located in Madison Heights, Michigan.

The company operates foundries, in the U.S. and in the U.K., for producing the nickel-, cobalt-, and iron-base coating powder alloys and brazing filler metals that have become the industry standards. They are continually developing new materials to meet the changing needs and emerging applications of the metals industry.

ALLOY PRODUCTS GROUP

Products with the Colmonoy ® and Nicrobraz ® trade names have become well established in the metals industry as materials offering superior wear protection and superior joining properties. These nickel alloys and brazing alloys are used for aerospace, petrochemical, processing and a wide range of other industries. Our full range of Nicrobraz brazing aids include cement, stop-off, flux, and binders available in formulations to suit a wide variety of applications.
The Colmonoy powder alloys are used extensively for extending the life of many components, by providing superior protection from wear, corrosion, and abrasion. To complement its wear resistant, nickel-based hardsurfacing coating alloys and nickel brazing filler metals, Wall Colmonoy developed, produces and supports three basic thermal spray and brazing application systems: Spraywelder™, Fusewelder® and NicroSpray®.

CONTRACT ENGINEERING SERVICES

Wall Colmonoy operates facilities in the U.S. and Europe which work together and share technology. This group offers unique contract services in prototype development, engineering, specialized metal fabrication, overhaul,
brazing services, heat treating, coating, welding, and machining. Several facilities are FAA repair stations specializing in the repair and overhaul of parts for the aviation industry.
